Digg has recently added a new type of advertising to their pages. This is the methodology CPM (payment per thousand impressions) ads where models are quite striking.
Usually we find the famous poster “You are the 10000th Visitor”, which has generated a rare feeling in users, most of whom feel that the audience for the site has enough neurons to avoid falling into this trap.
Still from Digg has not responded but it is surely have found a good way to generate revenue with these ads only by the number of pages viewed with the site, but very few click on the advertising. But, truly striking to see such ads in a place where most users have a long way on the internet.
